THIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH TYPICAL HOURS OF 3PM TO 11PM.

• Supervise a team, providing leadership in everyday work assignments.
\n
• Oversee and ensure the quality of grinding, mixing, cooking, cooling, pelletizing, packing, storage and shipment of feed.
\n
• Mentor, motivate, provide training and professional development to your team optimizing their professional development and growth.
\n
• Recognize and reward team, providing feedback on performance issues.
\n
• Manage and ensure completion of team's paperwork and documents.
\n
• Other relevant duties to the job.
\n

\n
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Milling Science, Poultry or other related field of study preferred.
\n
• 2+ years leadership experience required.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of how to lead people with positive reinforcement.
\n
• General knowledge of feed ingredient management.
\n
• Effective communication skills
\n
• Proficient with technology and computers.
\n
