SR. CAD Training and Support Specialist/ job in Greensboro, NC

Onsite, Greensboro, NC

Rate Range: $70.00/hr to $85.00/hr ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Akkodis is seeking to fill a SR. CAD Training and Support Specialist job in Greensboro, NC. The successful candidate will deliver onsite training and support for transitioning Catia V5 users in Greensboro, NC. This strategic initiative supports and aims to standardize its CAD tool landscape, thereby enabling better resource management and improved productivity.

SR. CAD Training and Support Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Primary instructor who will also give support to engineers after they go through training
• Provide support engineers
• To provide comprehensive training and support to upskill engineers in using PTC Creo Parametric effectively.
• To achieve a seamless transition to PTC Creo Parametric with minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
• Training sessions for 80-100 engineers transitioning from Catia V5 to Creo Parametric – in-person training sessions. The classes will be about 8-10 engineers at a time
• On-site support for transitioned CAD users – coaching activities and workshops
• Ongoing support and documentation – provide support and create support materials

Qualifications:

Competencies required for this project include:

• Expertise in delivering in-person training and support for CAD tools.
• Knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric and Catia V5.

Specific software knowledge requirements include:

• Proficiency in PTC Creo Parametric.
• Familiarity with Catia V5.
• Understanding of CAD standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of engineering systems
