Job Title: Staffing Agency Recruiter – Entry Level

Location – Tucson, AZ **In Office Daily**

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our staffing agency team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and assist with onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Meet and exceed performance metrics such as placements, submittals, and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality placements and client satisfaction.
