JenCare physicians enjoy professional satisfaction, peer collaboration, balanced work/life with clinic hours 7:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday, telephonic practice call, competitive salary up to 90%ile of MGMA, partner path opportunity available at one year, commencement bonus, leadership opportunities, health, dental, vision, disability insurance, malpractice insurance, and 401K retirement plan. Key characteristics of a JenCare practice include physician run organization, exclusive focus on complex Medicare patients, small panel size (350 – 450 patients), and complementary concierge services such as onsite pharmacy, labs, diagnostics, door to doctor transportation, acupuncture, optometry, podiatry, case management and social work services.
