Responsibilities Design and implement OKTA workflows, policies, and integrations for user lifecycle management. Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC). Collaborate with application teams to onboard new apps into OKTA. Troubleshoot and resolve OKTA-related issues and provide ongoing support. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in IAM strategy discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. Required Skills Strong understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC. Experience with OKTA Workflows, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management. Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM components. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
