About the Role
Professional Search Group – OC is seeking a Junior Web Developer/Designer for one of our clients in Cypress, CA. This role will be responsible for the development, design, and launch of a new client website by January 1st , blending both technical web development and creative design work. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, proficiency in HTML, and the ability to bring brand vision to life through engaging, user-friendly digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and launch a new client website by the project deadline (January 1st).
Write clean, well-structured HTML code to support design and site functionality.
Format documents and content for optimal web presentation.
Ensure all visual elements align with the client’s brand and project goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine content, design, and user experience.
Conduct testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
Provide creative input for enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in web development and/or web design.
Proficiency in HTML and basic front-end development practices.
Strong design skills with an understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Experience formatting content for web delivery.
Ability to balance functionality with visual design principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Portfolio showcasing websites or design work is required.
