What Youll Be Doing

• Provide  customer support via  chat, phone, and email , acting as the first point of contact for customers.
• Resolve issues by investigating customer complaints and identifying the best solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring compliance with data protection protocols.
• Assist in  reporting technical issues and providing valuable  market insights to support the management team.
• Document customer interactions to ensure a detailed customer history.
• Support the  management team with additional projects and operational tasks.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent Danish speaker (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Adaptability comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving industry.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, as needed.
