As part of Oracle's marketing team, develop integrated marketing design for events, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, e-marketing efforts, corporate identity and design for a global community. Set the tone for Direct Marketing, Events, and Branding Development. Work with team to build new technology demonstrations and content to support Oracle's global marketing programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Style Governance (Visual Consistency): Developing, documenting, and enforcing a consistent color scheme and visual language for all proposal responses and associated documentation.

RFP Production Support: Providing direct RFP graphics support, translating complex written solutions into clear, compliant, and persuasive visual narratives (flowcharts, org charts, system diagrams) under tight deadlines.

Solution Architecture Visualization: Designing and finalizing white paper draft solution architectures and complex technical diagrams, ensuring the clarity and accuracy of the proposed technical approach before it reaches the final proposal stage.

Content Refresh and Modernization: Refreshing old graphics across all content libraries (e.g., SharePoint, content management systems) to meet current consistency and branding standards, ensuring proposal teams always pull from an up-to-date and compliant repository.

Orals and Presentation Design: Offering PowerPoint slide decks design and support for key oral presentations maintaining visual and messaging alignment with the main proposal document.

Interact confidently with clients and present ideas. Be proactive in researching design and going beyond expectations. Work independently and as part of a team to develop integrated marketing design for events, campaigns, collateral, launches, direct mail, logo design, e-marketing efforts, corporate identity and design for a global community.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years with BS/BA; additional 4 years of relevant years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

  • Exceptional visual design skills and ability to compose compelling content for a variety of audiences

  • Understanding of current visual design best practices, to include accessibility standards

  • Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve visual content

  • Superior time management skills

  • US Citizen

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience working Rfx Responses

  • Previous experience in IT/Cloud Services

  • Previous Government Experience

Remote in the VA/MD/DC Metro Area - with the ability to come to the office as needed for support.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
