We are a rapidly growing organization in the Moonachie, NJ area. We are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer (entry level) to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following responsibilities:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong eye for design and layout. This role involves creating engaging visual content, maintaining website graphics, and supporting marketing efforts through various channels including newsletters and digital media.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce layouts for print and digital media using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email newsletters
• Create content and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
• Maintain and update website graphics and content to ensure a fresh, engaging online presence
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to support project goals
• Help manage and organize a library of digital assets and templates
• Stay up to date with current design trends, techniques, and best practices

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Graphic Designing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Basic understanding of web design principles and experience with website content management systems (CMS)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design layout skills across various media
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
