Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and maintenance of the facility
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and other departments
- Knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and proper use of cleaning equipment.

Position is a Full Time, 40 Hour position.
