Summary: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of products within Aalberts IPS, including valves, fittings, and connection technologies. You will drive the entire lifecycle of products from ideation and development through to launch and end-of-life. This role emphasizes both strategic oversight and operational execution, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in alignment with Aalberts’ mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions​

• efine and drive product strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.D
• evelop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with the company’s business goals and market demands.C
• ontinuously evaluate the market, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.O
• versee the product lifecycle, from ideation, development, and launch through end-of-life management.C
• ollaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.S
• upport the reduction of product portfolio complexity by rationalizing underperforming SKUs​.I
• dentify trends, customer pain points, and market opportunities to refine products.G
• ather customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.M
• anage pricing strategies through value-based pricing and TAM analysis​.W
• ork closely with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure product alignment with customer needs and market trends.S
• upport sales teams with product knowledge, training, and materials.L
• ead development and launch of innovative solutions.T
• rack key metrics including revenue growth, profitability, and product vitality index (revenue from new products in the last 4 years).R
• egularly report on product performance, development milestones, and market trends to senior leadership​.

ualifications:3

• + years of experience in product management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.B
• achelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA is a plus).S
• trong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and market trends.E
• xperience with lifecycle management, market analysis, and product innovation.E
• xcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.F
• amiliarity with ERP, CRM, PIM, and Power BI systems is a plus​. P
