Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various telecommunications-based data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Integration Manager

Location: Ashburn, VA

Pay Range: $70-76 per hour

What's the Job?

• Field-based data center project manager
• This role will focus on data center projects, all communication based (data hall fit out)
• This role consists of 30% walkthroughs, 10% meetings, 40% vendor management (specifically trying source materials, labor, and negotiate), and 20% project schedule management
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems.
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing materials, labor, and negotiating contracts.
• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in project management,
• 8+ years of experience in construction integration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 8+ years of vendor management experience.
• PMP or RCDD certification a plus.
