About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate and Vice President of Liquidity Risk Oversight Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both on-going and ad-hoc reviews and challenges to the 1st Line of Defense activities, with a focus on internal liquidity stress testing, cash flow forecasting, contingency funding plans, intraday liquidity, and funds transfer pricing. This role involves the development of bespoke risk frameworks and tools to monitor key liquidity metrics and using the results to support the review and challenge process. The candidate will also be expected to participate in annual Horizontal Liquidity Reviews, assist in the preparation of risk committee meeting materials, and provide independent assessments of new products and business initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in liquidity risk management and a deep understanding of the associated regulatory requirements. The role requires the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, and to work closely with the independent review function and internal audit.
