Job Description
A Tool Sales Representative is a professional responsible for selling tools and related equipment to businesses or individuals. This role typically involves a combination of product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sales : Promote and sell tools (hand tools, power tools, industrial equipment) in the automotive and marine industry.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
Product Demonstration : Showcase how tools work, highlight benefits, and address technical questions or concerns.
Order Management : Process orders, track deliveries, and handle returns or issues.
Market Research : Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
