Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file various types of tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Review financial records and documents to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Provide tax planning advice and identify potential deductions for clients.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with customer service and administrative teams to resolve complex tax queries.
• Assist in developing and improving tax preparation processes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or enrolled agent status preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
