What Youll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians and sales associates
• Oversee high-quality diagnostics and repairs for smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, and game consoles
• Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through excellent customer service
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and workflow
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, and success

What You Bring

• 1+ year of leadership experience (retail or service preferred)
• Experience in device repair (smartphones, computers, laptops, tablets, and game consoles; soldering experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills
• A passion for technology and helping customers stay connected

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: Starting at $17/hour (approximately $35,360 annually based on full-time hours)
• Incentives & Bonuses: Monthly store incentives and performance-based bonuses
• Total Compensation Potential:
  $50,000$70,000+ annually, depending on store performance and results
