Lions Den Coffee is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. Key Result Areas:

Daily Operations Management:

• - Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• - Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• - Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

Ordering and Inventory Tracking:

• - Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective ordering and tracking systems.
• - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality coffee, food items, and supplies.

Financial Responsibility:

• - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership and Development:

• - Recruit, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth.

Customer Engagement:
