Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Maryland professional license is sought to provide essential speech and language services across multiple educational settings in the Baltimore area, MD. This contracted role supports students from preschool through middle school within a K-12 school framework, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to preschool, elementary (PreK5th), and middle school (6th8th) students.
• Provide itinerant services to community preschool students five days per week.
• Serve elementary schools such as Magnolia Elementary and Prospect Mill Elementary on assigned days.
• Offer therapy at Aberdeen Middle School, including supervision of an SLP Assistant (SLP-A).
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
• Adhere to all professional and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland Professional License in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred).
• Experience with pediatric caseloads, especially within educational environments.
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites including itinerant service delivery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, particularly for supervising SLP-As.
• Flexibility to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week), Monday through Friday or Monday through Thursday as per assignment.

Assignment Details:

• Start dates beginning January 9, 2026, with variable end dates and the possibility to extend into Extended School Year (ESY) services in July 2026.
• Locations include community preschools, Magnolia Elementary, Prospect Mill Elementary, and Aberdeen Middle School.
• Positions available for full-time and part-time schedules.
