Sewing Machine Operator - Join Our Team in Woodfin!
1st Shift - $16.00/hr. Are you looking for a

We're seeking motivated individuals to operate industrial sewing machines and create high-quality items. While prior industrial sewing experience is a plus, we
welcome those with manual dexterity, the ability to multi-task, a detail-oriented approach, and dependable attendance . We offer a
comprehensive training program to help you succeed!
Responsibilities and Duties: - Operate industrial sewing machines using approved methods and processes.
- Set up machines and equipment efficiently.
- Interpret and read Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI’s) and inspection checklists.
- Utilize verification tools like rulers, tape measures, and stitch counters effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly maintain equipment and machines, including performing required preventative maintenance (PM).
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Hours of Work:
1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 am - 5:00 pm.
(Currently working mandatory overtime on Friday - 6:30 am to Noon or 3:00 pm)
