Summary

The role ensures accurate grossmargin analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation across product lines, channels, and regions, while championing process improvements and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead grossmargin performance analysis across product categories, brands, and channels.
  • Provide variance analysis and rootcause insights for COGS, PPV, MV, and transfer pricing.
  • Collaborate with supplychain, operations, sales, marketing, and product teams to evaluate new product impacts.
  • Develop and review annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and COGS forecasts, budgets, and estimates.
  • Consolidate financial results, maintain accuracy and timeliness of statements.
  • Prepare consolidated P&L, grossmargin summaries, and reports for senior leadership.
  • Support longterm category planning and adhoc analyses.
  • Guide junior team members, drive process improvements, and uphold dataquality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally in consumer goods or cosmetics.
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion, or SAP.
  • Experience with financial consolidation tools, PowerBI, Tableau, or other visualization platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of transferpricing concepts and COGS accounting.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
