Location:Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Senior HVAC Technician, where you will ensure the safe operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, refrigeration, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation systems, providing a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.What we offerCompensation: ranges from $28/hour - $37/hour, commensurate of experience.A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and valuesMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impactPerform requested maintenance of all HVAC equipment, refrigeration equipment, etc. as necessary.Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.Inspect, monitor, and evaluate the efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.Read blueprints and isometrics, prepare sketches as required to document work.Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer’s recommendations.Troubleshoot and repair designated refrigeration equipment and ice machines.What you will needMinimum of 5 years experience in HVAC service; education will be considered in lieu of experience. Will be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessaryBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsMust possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerantsPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
