Senior Full Stack Engineer - React / Node / APIs / Software (Hybrid)

A Senior Full Stack Engineer is required to join an exciting early stage startup in the San Francisco East Bay. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a secure cloud platform from scratch, powering a new generation of electric vehicles for global markets.

The Company

The Role

You will own the end-to-end development of the fleet management system. This is a build-from-scratch role where you will:

• Architect backend services, data pipelines, and web applications.
• Design secure authentication, authorization, and encryption for IoT data.
• Collaborate on mobile experience to ensure clean integration between the app, cloud, and vehicle telemetry.

The Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping production full-stack systems.
• Deep proficiency in Javascript/Typescript.
• Strong experience with Front-End (React, Vue) and Back-End (Node.js, Go, Python).
• Experience designing scalable APIs and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Must be willing to work on-site in the San Francisco East Bay area.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience with mobile development (React Native).
• Expertise in applied cryptography, authentication, and system security.
• Background in IoT, telematics, or MQTT/real-time data processing.
• Previous experience as a founding or early-stage engineer.
