Our client is seeking a Scrum Master with a background in systems and infrastructure.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as Scrum Master for two engineering teams consisting of engineers, a product owner, and a technical lead
Facilitate all formal Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the Lead Scrum Master and participate in Scrum of Scrums
Support quarterly planning and execution cycles
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams
Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and transparency
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile methodologies
Background in systems and infrastructure, particularly in cloud environments
Experience supporting platform engineering teams
Familiarity with enterprise-level planning and coordination

Pay: 70-75/hr W2
