How You Will Make an Impact
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Build partner and client communities, including a custom Partner Portal.
- Deliver on quarterly objectives and scale Salesforce systems across the organization.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support as needed.
- Collaborate with product owners and executives on requirements and solution design.
Are You a Proven Salesforce Developer Ready to Make an Impact?
- 5–7 years Salesforce development experience (not entry-level or architect-level).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud + Experience Cloud.
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to balance custom development with OOTB features.
- Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to executives.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Experience Cloud Consultant).
- Agile/Scrum experience and prior exposure to solution architecture are a plus.
