The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This customer-service-focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Stores business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services, operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, managing the production queue, handling complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority.

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. The actual starting pay will be determined by experience, market level, location, and other factors permitted by law. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The company offers eligible employees health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
$22.10 $25.97/hr
