Job Description
The Real Estate Solutions Group Inc. is a Regional Field Services Company that completes residential mortgage and insurance field inspections for National clients. We take photos of residential properties for mortgage companies.
We are looking for field inspectors to cover Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, Haywood, McDowell, Polk, Rutherford, Yancey, and Transylvania Counties NC.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position. Experience is great but not necessary.
Our inspection types vary by order, from determining occupancy/condition to leaving door cards as requested by our clients. We also conduct insurance repair inspections by appointments set by you.
What is needed:
-Mobile smart phone or tablet ( Apple or Android)
- Follow instructions on each orders using your mobile device through an app that is provided
- Ability to communicate to our office using email and text messages
- Ability to use your mobile device GPS
- A Printer/ scanner to print all needed door cards and postings
- Current car insurance and valid driver's license
- Economical and reliable vehicle
- Internet
You are paid per inspection.
Compensation is twice monthly
