Job Responsibilities:

Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for the real estate industry
Cleaning and processing large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability
Creating visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborating with the team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Assisting in the development and implementation of data collection systems and strategies

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role
Experience with real estate data or related industry is a plus

Knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
