Position: Production/Procurement Coordinator
Luxury residential interior design with offices in Chicago and Naples, FL is seeking a Production/Procurement Coordinator. The PC will coordinate all project pricing and ordering to ensure a successful project timeline, including all expediting and freight coordination, for projects around the US.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with the design team to collaborate and share deadlines and project / construction updates as they relate to timelines and any open items needed by our team.
· Flag any discrepancies or open items and resolve with the design team.
· Issue purchase orders to Vendors.
· Coordinate all acknowledgments, vendors RFIs etc. and chart lead times and delivery dates to coordinate master schedule for all projects promptly flagging for the designers any potential issues or delays.
· Track and flag any items that are 60 days out from shipping so office manager can add to client statements / billing.
· Track all shipments, handling damages / freight claims, coordinating inspections with designers and warehouses etc.
· Synchronize all deliveries, inspections and other project logistics needed to ensure a smooth installation & client reveal.
· Production and maintenance of client specifications book and schedules for all projects, to include all FF&E as well as any architectural materials, plumbing, hardware, tile, stone tops etc. Presenting a completed book, digitally or physically, to client with all milestones, once the project is complete.
· Attend and manage the installs
· Ability to travel required.
Position is hybrid with occasional travel to office locations and project sites.
