Print Production Manager
We don’t just print — we engineer experiences, build custom solutions, and push machines (and people) to their limits. We’re looking for a Print Production Manager who can own the digital printing department, keep large-format projects moving at full speed, and bring structure to a high-output, custom manufacturing floor.
This isn’t about babysitting jobs — it’s about running the digital presses like a pro, scheduling with precision, and leading the team with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
· Take command of large-format digital printing operations, with overlap into CNC cutting, finishing, and assembly.
· Build bulletproof workflows and SOPs that keep jobs moving and mistakes out.
· Schedule and prioritize digital print jobs — balancing people, machines, and deadlines without dropping the ball.
· Drive relentless quality control — nothing leaves the digital department that isn’t top-notch.
· Oversee machine health — from daily calibrations to troubleshooting issues fast.
· Train, coach, and push the print team to deliver their best work every day.
· Partner with project managers and designers to turn complex ideas into flawless builds.
· Step into CNC and finishing workflows as needed to keep projects on track.
· Hunt down inefficiencies and kill them.
What We’re Looking For:
· 5+ years in digital print production or large-format manufacturing (CNC knowledge a plus).
· Hands-on with wide-format digital presses, RIP software, and finishing tools (Zund or CNC experience = major plus).
· A proven leader who can run a crew, command respect, and inspire performance.
· Process-driven — you love designing workflows that just work.
· A scheduling pro — you thrive on managing jobs, machines, and people in sync.
· Problem-solver — when something breaks, you fix it. Fast.
· Comfortable in the chaos of deadlines and custom jobs.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
