DETAILS: - Cater to a variety of patients with conditions including diabetes, thyroid, PCOS, gender affirming care, pituitary conditions, and adrenal conditions - In the event hospitalization is required, we will refer patients to a hospitalist at the local hospital and will monitor care upon discharge -Outpatient only -No weekends + 4 admin hours weekly -Phone call rarely ever occurs -30-minute appointments for new patients, 15-minute appointments for follow-ups -All providers have 2 nurse providers for support (CMA or LPN) -Athena EMR
