We’re hiring a dependable, calm, and people-focused photographer to support real estate agents across Winchester, East Lexington, and nearby Central Kentucky communities.
No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and all professional gear . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, staying active, and helping clients feel taken care of.
You’ll work in the field, visit beautiful homes, meet great people, and represent a mission-driven brand built on reliability, service, and doing things the right way.
What You’ll Do
Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots
Capture listing photos, drone media, and short video clips
Communicate clearly and professionally with agents and homeowners
Follow checklists, manage gear, and stay on schedule
Upload files daily, no editing required
Represent our brand with professionalism, kindness, and consistency
Upsell additional services when appropriate
Schedule and Time Commitment
Part-time role, 20 to 30 hours per week depending on demand
Primarily Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm availability required
Flexible schedule with advance notice for time off
Willingness to train close to full-time hours during onboarding
Pay and Benefits
Paid training at $20 per hour
Standard jobs typically range from $35 to $55 per shoot
Bonus pay for night shoots
IRS mileage reimbursement
All professional camera, drone, and media gear provided
Opportunities to grow skills in photography, drone, and video work
Drone License Requirement
Drone work is a significant part of this role.
Must already have a Part 107 license or be willing to obtain it quickly
We cover the cost and provide study materials
You bring the commitment and follow-through

Located in the Northeast Lexington area
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Clear, confident communicator
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet
Teachable, humble, and open to feedback
Videography experience is a plus but not required
