Job Description: Executive Housekeeper for Ultra-High Net Worth Couple

Location: Naples, Florida

Employment Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience

Benefits: 5 days of accrued medical leave, 4 paid holidays per year (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Independence Day)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to maintain the residence of an ultra-high net worth couple in Naples, Florida. The owners are full-time residents during the season (typically January – June), September through December will be approximately two weeks per month and part-time during the off-season. The position is a year-round role. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional housekeeping and exterior maintenance services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, and care for fine finishes and luxury items. This role requires flexibility, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while respecting the privacy of the homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing fine finishes and delicate surfaces. This includes but is not limited to floors, bathrooms, closets, service closets, additionally there is a private 3 car garage, and a small cabana located in the building. Both areas will require stocking fridge, washing floors and outdoor cabana requires periodic checks and keeping clean.
  • Manage laundry, ironing, and pressing of couture clothing and linens with precision and care.
  • Maintain and organize household supplies, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
  • Clean and maintain the lanai and other exterior living areas, including furniture, surfaces, and decor, to ensure they remain pristine and presentable.
  • Assist with light meal preparation as needed, adhering to specific preferences or dietary requirements.
  • Support occasional entertainment, including setup, serving, and cleanup for small gatherings or events hosted by the owners.
  • Organize and execute seasonal projects, such as deep cleaning, organizing closets, or preparing the residence for extended absences or guest arrivals.
  • Work discreetly and efficiently, particularly when the couple is in residence, maintaining a low profile while ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other household staff or vendors as needed to maintain property standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 7+ years of experience as a housekeeper or executive housekeeper in a luxury or high-net-worth environment
  • Expertise in handling fine fabrics, delicate surfaces, and high-end finishes with meticulous care
  • Experience with exterior cleaning, particularly for outdoor living spaces like lanais, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Comfortable assisting with event setup and entertaining, with a professional and polished demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Basic culinary skills for light meal preparation
  • Flexibility to accommodate evening or weekend work, especially during the season. In Season, Jan- May frequent short term guests will require guest room turnover. Weekend hours include freshening/cleaning, some additional laundry, meal assist pre/clearing for small gatherings (6 persons or less), help with cocktail hour if principals are dining out with guests. Candidates will be comfortable and professional with guests in residence.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • References from previous employers in similar roles required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching as well as to work outside for occasional exterior cleaning.
