Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director Surgical Services!
Tenacious and with responsibilities of good physician relationships, building new business, expanding new services, can speak to justifying variances, why specialities are reduced and to have an action plan, AORN standards practices, overall staff compliance, and auditing.
- BSN required. Masters preferred
- Reports to CNO
- 2+ years in a Perioperative Director role ideally
- Strong leadership, need to have CNOR
- Experience with specialties, will have clinical oversight of every service line when expanded.
- 9 Operating Rooms, expanding OR capability to another area
- 2 OR's in L&D, Ortho Spine expanding capability.
- Oversees Pre Op, PAT clinic, PACU, plus OR, and Sterile Processing.
- Volume 16 to 20 cases a day.
- Running at least 4 Rooms until 7pm, we have a 12 hour shift model.
