The Estates of Perryville is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a focus on Behavioral Health Care is looking for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide excellent clinical care to our residents. The successful candidate will be licensed in the State of Missouri, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine.

*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN*) *Responsibilities:*

* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
* Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

*Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):*

* Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in MO
* Supervision of CNA's & CMT's
* Prior long-term experience is a plus
