About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to manage and optimize our Docebo LMS platform, LearningStage, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users. This professional‑level role combines technical administration with instructional design to support our internal and external education and training initiatives. This position is based onsite at our Middleton, WI headquarters, as part of our Education and Training team and provides collaboration opportunities with many cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the LMS, including user accounts, permissions, and course configurations. Provide technical support and training for learners, instructors, and administrators. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution. Generate and analyze reports on course participation and learner progress. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies. Implement LMS updates and integrations with third‑party tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging online learning content. What We’re Looking For Proven experience administering LMS platforms (Docebo experience preferred). Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e‑learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate). Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HTML/CSS, graphic design, and web software. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience. Ideally someone with 4+ years of LMS administration experience. Why Join Us?
