Position Title: Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing
Wage: $18.50 - $22.50/Hour, Based on Shift Premiums
Shift/Hours: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday; 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM
4th Shift: Friday - Sunday; 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
5th Shift: Friday - Sunday; 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Line Attendant team in Plymouth, WI. As a Line Attendant team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing Responsibilities: - Prepare raw materials by removing packaging and ensuring correct quantities are fed into machinery per specifications
- Monitor product quality, inspecting for defects, mold, or foreign substances, and perform necessary cleaning or segregation
- Set up, operate, and adjust production equipment, including performing changeovers, sanitation, and basic maintenance as required
- Conduct in-process quality checks and accurately complete required documentation
- Operate production and packaging equipment, including manual and electric pallet jacks
- Inspect finished products, box, palletize, and scan for accurate tracking and processing
- Maintain stock of necessary supplies and ingredients for continuous production flow
Requirements for Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (35-50°F)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when needed
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, including hot or cold environments
