Description Needed Skills: ServiceNow is helpful. Overall 1-3 years of experience is preferred. Open to candidates with a college degree and internship in this space. Not seeking candidates with 10+ years of INOC experience. Hours:

• Training for 9 weeks: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Night shift: Sunday to Wednesday (front half) and Wednesday to Saturday (back half), 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. On Wednesdays, split shifts are from 6:00 pm to midnight or midnight to 6:00 am. Day shifts are likely the same timings, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
• Hybrid Schedule: Team works in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Night shifts are on Tuesdays or Thursdays, depending on the day shift schedule. During training, the expectation is to be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Location: Denver, CO only. Responsibilities:

• Applies advanced networking concepts in the analysis, study, and design of data networks.
• Analyzes network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput) and recommends modifications to network components.
• Designs and optimizes network topologies and site configurations.
• Plans installations, transitions, and cutovers of network components and capabilities.
• Resolves network problems to obtain operation access to platforms/applications.
