A Japanese Food manufacturing is seeking for Japanese Bilingual Administrator/Accountant to join their team! 

Position : Administrator/Accountant
Location : Montebello, CA
Salary Range: 55-65K

 

Job Description: 

• AP/AR and ADP.
• Answering Phones, occasionally taking orders and messages, scheduling appointments or coordinate 
for contractors for any repairs, order office supply along with factory repair parts and making 
arrangement for visitors from overseas as needed.
• Track Employees sick time leave and vacation days and provide update document to each 
employee.

Qualification: 
• Must be able to use Quickbooks.
• Contact customers regarding ordering, delivering, sending invoices and payment
• Familiar with company-related tax, license and insurances including submit Work Comp Insurance 
audit and renewal of business license every year.
• Must have Bookkeeping experience more than 5 years and familiar with administrative job 
duties.
