Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle polysilicon materials for ingot production.


• Operate, monitor, and maintain preparation equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.


• Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications.


• Accurately record material usage, waste, and production output.


• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating when necessary.


• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain production consistency.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.


• Comply with all company safety protocols and industry regulations.


• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve efficiency and output.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting; experience in solar or semiconductor industries preferred.


• Proficiency in material handling and operating machinery.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
