Job Title: HRIS Analyst II

As an HRIS Analyst II at QXO Inc, you will serve as a hands-on systems contributor, improving the accuracy, functionality, and usability of our HR platforms. You'll configure key parts of the HRIS, run business-critical reporting, and ensure compliance. This role combines technical configuration with customer service and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Configure security roles, workflows, and validations across HR modules
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and assist with error remediation
• Develop custom reports and scheduled dashboards for HR and business leaders
• Support release management through feature testing and regression validation
• Partner with People Ops and IT to improve self-service capabilities
• Maintain business process documentation and SOPs
• Support data privacy and compliance audits (SOX, GDPR)

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 2–4 years in HRIS or HR/IT operations
• Education: Bachelor’s required; HR technology coursework preferred
• Systems Exposure: Cornerstone, ICIMS, UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management
• Certifications: Workday HCM Core, SHRM-CP preferred
