Summary:

To provide prompt, excellent customer service to patrons of the Fish Peddler. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, restaurant cleanup, and assisting kitchen staff as assigned. Responsible for product knowledge, quality control and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's mission to first identify, then satisfy the customers' needs by creating a positive, welcoming, friendly environment.
• Assist restaurant customers finding seating and providing entre information and order suggestions.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu.
• Assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
• Bus, clean, and reset tables.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist the kitchen staff and seafood counter when necessary.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:

Required:

• Minimum one year of related experience

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Food Handler's Card

Pay: $16.66 per hour

Total Compensation:
