Healthcare Revenue Cycle Project Manager
ERISA Recovery, a frontrunner in the Federal ERISA appeals process in collecting complex and aged claims, supporting hospitals and healthcare providers nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead initiatives that streamline and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM) operations as our organization scales and grows. This role will ensure operational efficiency, alignment with strategic business goals, and adherence to all compliance standards across the revenue cycle continuum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage positive client relationships and work as the client’s advocate by identifying and balancing client expectations within the context of contractual obligations, corporate goals, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management and various departments to align revenue cycle initiatives with the facility's strategic goals. This includes mentoring and supervising staff involved in revenue cycle activities.
- Lead and manage projects focused on improving the revenue cycle processes within healthcare facilities. This involves conducting charge capture analysis and ensuring accurate billing practices.
- Perform risk assessments on ongoing projects to identify potential issues that could impact financial outcomes and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and define project schedule to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skill. Establish and update project staffing requirements, on an ongoing basis, consistent with contractual obligations.
- Manage project communiques, delivery and deliverables to ensure the highest quality of documentation and professionalism.
Skills : Strong leadership skills, strong oral and written communication, excellent analytical skills, Expert knowledge in information systems, detail oriented.
