Landscape Workshop is seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead our Install Division in Richmond, VA . This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all branch operations—from construction installs to client relationships—while building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding results.

What You'll Do:

As the GM of our Install Division, you’ll own your branch’s success. With full P&L responsibility and support from our back-office team, you’ll lead the execution of landscape construction projects from pre-con to completion. Your focus will be on:

• Driving operational excellence on multiple install projects
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Building and mentoring a strong field and office team
• Partnering with General Contractors, Developers, and Property Managers
• Growing client relationships and developing long-term business
• Leading a culture of safety, performance, and proactive management

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in landscape construction or a related field
• Proven success managing crews, schedules, and project budgets
• Strong skills in estimating, takeoffs, and pre-construction planning
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and build backlog
• Experience working with GCs, subs, and high-expectation commercial clients
• Comfortable with financial reporting and decision-making
• Degree in construction, horticulture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
