We are seeking a creative and results-driven eCommerce Manager who will oversee the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop business. This role is crucial in driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok Shop, direct-to-consumer ecommerce, social media trends, and content strategy, with a focus on UGC and affiliate community development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Management (20% of your time):
· Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic plan to maximize sales and customer engagement through TikTok Shop.
· Lead the setup, management, and ongoing optimization of our TikTok Shop, ensuring a highly engaging and converting shopping experience.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure TikTok Shop initiatives align with broader brand, DTC, and performance marketing goals.
Affiliate and Creator Management (30% of your time):
· Develop and execute an affiliate/creator strategy, including outreach, briefing, and performance analysis.
· Continuously optimize the affiliate network, scaling as necessary while maintaining a focus on quality.
· Coordinate with creators to produce high-performing content for both organic and paid advertising use.
· Collaborate with influencer marketing team to identify key opportunities and top-tier creators for multi-channel and multi-campaign partnerships.
Content Strategy and Execution (30% of your time):
· Develop and implement a content strategy that leverages UGC to enhance TikTok Shop sales and brand visibility.
· Manage the production and execution of all content, ensuring alignment with our brand narrative and objectives.
· Oversee the shoppable live stream content and script development; use data to enhance briefs to increase conversion rates.
· Create and optimize paid media content, including video and shopping ads.
· Collaborate with the social media team to ideate and develop creative concepts that integrate our products into TikTok-native content.
Performance Analysis and Reporting (20% of your time):
· Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of TikTok Shop campaigns and affiliate marketing efforts.
· Monitor and analyze shop performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization on all TikTok Shop content.
Required Skills:
· 3 to 4 years of experience in ecommerce, with at least 1 year of managing TikTok Shop for either a beauty, fashion, or consumer goods brand.
· Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and creator/influencer ecosystem.
· Ability to plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns , including live shopping events, product drops, and seasonal offers.
· Skilled in collaborating with content creators and managing UGC-style campaigns.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing product listings, inventory updates, and customer inquiries.
· Strong understanding of ecommerce operations , including order fulfillment, returns, and customer support.
· Proficient with analytics tools (TikTok Shop Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficient in tools like Shopify, Canva, CapCut , or similar platforms for light content creation and coordination.
Salary commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with no hybrid option.
