Driver Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified driver to deliver baked goods to our various Dunkin' locations within Vermont and New York. A good job candidate must be an experienced driver with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The driver candidate should have no previous traffic violations and follow general safety, traffic regulations and plan best routes to deliver goods on schedule. They also must properly maintain the vehicle on a daily basis to keep it clean, comfortable, and safe. This is an overnight driving position with shifts from 2PM-7AM.

Main Responsibilities of a Driver with Donuts of Rutland:

• Drive overnight on scheduled route
• Deliver product in a safe and timely manner
• Keeping the vehicle clean and safe
• Planning routes based on road and traffic conditions

Responsibilities of a Driver:

• Picking up goods at the production facility daily for driving routes
• Staying up-to-date with weather and road conditions
• Adjusting routes based on road, traffic, and weather conditions
• Conducting daily vehicle maintenance checks
• Immediately reporting any potential vehicle issues
• Excellent driving background
• Other duties as assigned

Driver Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Driving experience
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• Coordinate on-site delivery of baked goods
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and polite disposition
