Overview

Job Summary: Provides leadership and direction for all the activities involved in the acquisition, distribution, and cost management of supplies, services, and capital equipment for Boone Health.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of supply chain, including personnel supervision and operational management across the entire supply chain continuum: data management, sourcing and contracting, contract management, vendor management, purchasing and procurement, replenishment, logistics, inventory management, and accounts payables.
• Evaluating current supply indicators and benchmarks and developing a set of indicators to govern the performance of Boone Healths supply chain operations.
• Evaluating the current level of supply costs and executing strategies on optimizing savings.
• Development of a strategic plan towards cost reduction, customer satisfaction, service and performance, process, growth, enhanced affiliation relationships and innovation/technology aligned with Boone Healths strategic plan.
• Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degrees: Bachelors in a related field of study
• Experience: 5-10 years
• Supervisor Experience: 5-10 years
• Licenses & Certifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degrees: Masters Degree in related field
• Experience: 10+ years
• Supervisor Experience: 10+ years
