Synergy Care is looking for Rehab Directors for full-time position in Cameron, Mo at the VA.

Responsibilities
- Oversee rehabilitation services and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage staff and provide guidance and support.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for PT, OT, SLP, COTA or PTA.
- Valid state license (where appropriate).
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Knowledge of current rehabilitation practices and technologies.
