Community hospital in need of Director Nursing Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Sign On Bonus!

Overall authority for providing leadership, direction, and administration of direct patient care activities in addition to nursing practice, nursing education and development across the organization. Responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a culture focused on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience.

Have inpatient and outpatient programs (partial hospitalization and Intensive outpatient programs). The outpatient program has several locations.

Adult (inpatient, PHP, and IOP)

Adolescent (inpatient, PHP, and IOP)

Child (inpatient, PHP, IOP)

Eating disorder (inpatient, adult and child PHP and IOP)

Trauma unit -Adult (treats complex trauma and PTSD)

ECT – inpatient and outpatient

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Master's degree in nursing or another appropriate postgraduate health science degree is required or proof of enrollment with a written plan to advanced degree completion is required
• 5+ years of experience in management and supervisory nursing role;
• Recent 3 of the last 5 years of leadership must have been in a direct leadership role in a hospital setting or direct patient care environment required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Current Registered Nurse license without restrictions required
