Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details

• Lead or support complex engineering tasks and calculations with minimal technical guidance on non-standard issues.

Plan and coordinate work efforts while serving as a representative of the firm in resolving significant technical or project challenges.

• Prepare project-specific construction specifications and perform construction administration tasks.
• Produce technical documents including reports, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and permitting packages.
• Apply advanced engineering judgment in the design and planning of civil systems including (but not limited to):

** Site development and master planning
** Phasing and demolition plans
** Erosion and sedimentation control
** Site geometry, paving, and grading
** Stormwater management and drainage systems
** Utility coordination and design including potable water, fire protection, sanitary sewer, reclaimed water, and lift stations
** Plan and profile drawings, cross sections, and technical construction details

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience as a civil engineer
• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experience in Land and/or Site Development
