Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs. Work with modern data stack technologies (dbt, Looker, Palantir Foundry, Salesforce) to model, transform, and visualize business-critical data. Develop and optimize SQL and Python-based workflows for automation, data quality, and scalability. Partner with legal, business, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered to within the law practice environment. Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in real time. Contribute to team knowledge sharing, best practices, and advancement of analytics culture. Qualifications Demonstrated hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, dbt, Looker, and Salesforce integrations. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in building production-grade data pipelines. Experience working with modern analytics stacks and cloud-based ecosystems. Excellent communication skills with a track record of working cross-functionally. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
